Will I be likeable in high school?

My fave colors are light blue and white. I listen to A-Moe, Aqua, Baha Men, BoA, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, HulaGirl, Lady Gaga, Passion Fruit, Pop Dreamers, and Smile.DK. I shop at Nordstrom, Victoria’s Secret, and Nordstrom Rack. I dress in True Religion jeans, Seven jeans, t-shirts, tank tops, Juicy Couture hoodies, designer sunglasses, designer bags, Juicy Couture charm bracelets, BCBG dresses, pearl/hoop earrings, and COACH shoes. I have straight shoulder-length dark brown. People say I’m calm, quiet, supportive, helpful, kind, gentle, and smart. My hobbies are singing/dancing, shopping, going to the movies, and reading.
So should I tone the designer stuff?

What kind of question is this…
Do you TRUELY think someone is going to judge you based on this? And who are you trying to be liked by??
Anybody who doesnt like you for who you are isnt worth your time. Be yourself, nothing more nothing less – and your happiness will follow

wow this is so lame umm no noone will like you, and just because you have “name brands” does not make you cool

  8. adamant™ says

No, you’ll be the stuck-up, rude, hypocritical, judgmental, stereotypical person that everybody tries to avoid.

um dont worry about it. just be yourself. dont be obsessive about fitting in and shit. i really hate people like that. soo if your going to be like that then NO

You sound like a cool girl. Be yourself and don’t worry about whether or not you’ll be liked because you’ll make friends, no doubt about it.

Sounds like you’ll get along great with the group of girls who only care about external stuff like what brand name clothes you have. Maybe you can also make friends with some folks who don’t list the things they buy when asked to describe what kind of person they are. Probably will do you some good :)

  13. Camille says

    i think u arent.

Sweetie, what you wear doesn’t make you “liked.” It’s your personality that is going to get you somewhere :) Be yourself. That’s the best thing you can do! You will make friends. There’s a fish in the sea for everyone. :D By the way, I like your style. Don’t worry about it. Stop stressin’. Smile =)

in hight school , it doesn”t matter as much as in middle school what you loook like because most people in highschool have reached a certain maturity level therefore they don’t juge you as much on what you look like or wether you are cool or not . honestly nobody that isnt shalow cares if you are wearring juicy or not . i am quite the person to talk since i take alot of pride in my apperence but i have to say that as ,ong as you r comvertible in your skin and nice to others , you will be fine in high school . hopw i helped

well honestly, youd prolly make more friends if you were more original. if you have originality and had a great personality, and your really outgoing im sure youll be really popular.

One thing I would know about freshman year, DON’T show off too much. Too much “bling” and fancy clothes may make people think twice about if they want to talk to you. I did the same thing freshman year, and if you want to wear designer clothes, try to wear the ones without the name on it so people can read it.If you like Juicy, try Stella. The thing about those “designer” clothes you wear, they really are not “designers” at all. They are companies that make a lot of money selling you what you think are high class designer clothes. All they really are, are things to buy that show you have money. If you want to wear real designer clothes, try Marc Jacobs and Dior. There is a step up from middle school “designers:
