Why Does Floyd Mayweather Act Like A Little Girl?

Ricky Hatton was right to refer to Mayweather as a six year old. Does Mayweather suffer from arrested development? He pretty much fights like a girl too!

Agree. He is a runner….he should be a track star instead of a boxer…he could of gave Carl Lewis a run for his money. You can’t blame him though cause his name is prettyboy so he had to run away from the Leroys in his neighborhood growing up….

He’s just arrogant and confident in his own ability. It’s partly an act to sell the fight also but i agree he’s an idiot.

that might be but step into the ring.look at his record real good he has been on top for a while.

If Floyd could ever shut his own mouth for two seconds just maybe he could get the respect he claims he deserves.

yeah his swat and run technique reminds me of a little girl. and all his tantrums he throws before fights in order to hype them up are too much to. he is a defensive master but i would rather watch stagnant water then another one of his fights.

mayweather is not acting like a girl, he does that for hype and selling tickets, what he does shouldn’t be taken really personal, just enjoy the hype before the fight.. and he doesn’t fight like a girl, he fights smartly using his head, speed, movements and his great footwork, i give him credit for that, what he does in the ring is not something easy as some people may think.. what he does requires lots of skills and talent.. he is able to do what he does cuz he is simply the best in the world and its not his fault that nobody has been able to match his talent and skills to beat him.. he is just a very great boxer

That’s like saying what does Ricky Hatton & an Essex girl have in common ?? ….Neither of them put up much of a fight !!—It was very crude of Ricky to refer to PBF as a 6 year old. That is as insulting as if PBF had advised Ricky to stick to a sport , like darts, where he actually has a chance of winning. In reality…Ricky & PBF definitely have two vastly different styles I seriously doubt that Ricky has any chance against PBF @ 147 pounds. If you mean that when Ricky looks @ PBF he ” views ” PBF as a six year old ? Then it appears that Little Ricky has some serious mental issues before this fight. PBFs speed & boxing ability will invariably protect his body & chin from Rickys fists….but I wonder how PBF is going to protect his (how do you Brits say it ? ) ” bum ” from Rickys roving hands ??

It sells ticket….BUT once you get to talking please back it up with fighting and not running…Its good for the media and what not but I think the fight should be as good as you talk and it has NEVER happened in a floyd fight…Name 1 floyd fight you can watch atleast twice or more??? NONE

Granted…..I am not a fan of Floyd Mayweather myself. He just talks way too much. But it is part of selling the fight as well as himself as an opponent. Childish? Maybe. But regardless, he is incredibly well conditioned, fundamentally sound, quick and ring savy. To say he fights like a girl is not fair. He moves around a lot and utilizes his hand and foot speed to create angles where it is difficult for his opponent to counter. Last I checked, that’s not fighting like a girl, that is fighting smart. I hate when people that know absolutely nothing about boxing criticize fighters for being mobile and elusive. You have to use what you have. You can make an exciting fight by going right at someone that you know is bigger and stronger than you and completely neutralize your own strengths as a fighter, but that is not the smart thing to do. What I’m trying to say is, he will beat the hell out of Ricky Hatton. Pretty Boy Floyd is going to make Ricky Hatton look really bad in this fight. He is entirely too slow, too predictable and too one dimensional. If you can only fight going forward and straight in the front door, your chances of competing with Mayweather are not good. Hatton won the decision against Collazo, but I watched the fight. Hatton got his a** kicked and it was just in the best interest of boxing that he get the decision. If he gets exposed by Collazo, Mayweather will probably embarass him. I don’t think he will get knocked out, but Mayweather will easily win 7 of the 10 rounds….at least. And besides, my own personal criticism of Mayweather is that he will not fight anyone that he cannot dominate with his quickness. Floyd seems to not be willing to fight anyone (with the exception of the Judah fight) that has the same or similar physical gifts to compete with him. That is exacltly why he will NEVER fight Mosely.
