I’m interested specifically in what happened to the reformation regarding the revision of the Trusteeship Council’s powers, which was suggested to have authority over the Global Commons (The atmosphere, outer space, the oceans beyond national jurisdiction). Is the reformation still underway, or has it been scrapped?
Am not sure much is happening on this, notably as there are already disputes on the oceans ‘beyond national juristriction’ due to possible oil wealth below the seas.
