Yes, he is an American Citizen and any American should have those rights.

He’s an American citizen so that makes all the difference in the world. Plus, he wasn’t on the battlefield breaking the Geneva Conventions unlike the dems friends in GITMO.

Yes because he is an American citizen, he has rights under the constitution. Unless you are an American citizen you are not entitled to those rights.
A fair trial was never the issue. The issue is wherher to give NON AMERICANS who come to America to kill people a civil trial or a military trial. This man was an American so like American serial killers and rapist he has our constiutional rights. Foriegners who ARE NOT CITIZENS, should not get our rights, our constitutioin was not put in place to protect the world, it were put there for us.
