Wasn’t there a picture of him honking down on a big hot dog?
I guess it doesn’t matter. He will be whatever you want him to be as long as you put him in the White House. Then we’ll see who he is.

  6. Josie says

Why would he ban meat because he’s a vegan. That’s stupid.

  7. Carrie says

I don’t think he’s a vegan, and even if he was, he wouldn’t ban meat. And if he tried, he wouldn’t be able to.

    :D

No, Obama said he was one time considering going vegan, and had a brief stint with PETA, but still enjoys a bucket of fried chicken

He couldn’t BAN meat but he could appoint a Secretary of Agriculture and other political appointees at Ag and the FDA, Consumer Products Safety Commission, EPA, US Customs, and lots of other Departments who could make it really difficult for farmers, processors and sellers of meat products to get them to consumers.
A bunch of restrictive regulations could result in huge price increases for products that certain special interests didn’t find “acceptable.”
Or certain things could be banned as “unhealthy.”

An example would be the ratings that were given to the school lunch programs for school districts in one State that gave schools that served real milk low grades but gave schools serving soy “milk” high grades. Yuck! Who decided THAT???

Has anybody ever SEEN Obama chow down on a Philly Cheesesteak or a big juicy hamburger?
He always has food ordered up to his hotel room.
Never seems to eat in public….
