become illegal? These whales are kept purely for profit. Take the case of Luna the orca whale who sought human companionship and was legally denied it !
As there are have been no known killer whale attacks on humans in the wild should keeping captive whales ?

I dont think they should be caught and trained to entertain, but if an enclosure is big enough , Im glad we are able to see thees creatures in person. I dont think they should be kept all there lives in captivity though.
